How much does a website cost in Penang?

Here: RM888 for one page, RM1,688 for four, RM2,188 for six, RM3,288 for ten, and from RM4,688 for fifteen. Agency quotes I have heard about in Penang run RM4,000 to RM6,000 for a comparable small-business site.

What do I pay, and when?

Under RM1,000, in full up front. RM1,000 and above, half to start and half before the site goes onto your domain. The deposit stops being refundable once design work has started.

How long does it take?

Three to five days for one to six pages, counted from when your text and photos reach me. Ten pages is one to two weeks. A rush build costs 40% more.

Do I own the site afterwards?

Yes. The domain is in your name, the files are yours, and it is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript any developer can pick up. You are not locked to me by hosting.

Can I edit it myself?

If you want to: a self-edit panel for text and images is RM488 once. Most businesses just send me the change instead, which the care plan covers.

Do you build in Chinese as well?

English and 中文 are included on every package at no extra cost, and both are written rather than machine-translated. A third language is RM288 if you supply the text.

I already have a website. Is that a problem?

No — most of the work is replacing sites that exist. Old URLs redirect to the new pages, and the free homepage is built alongside the live one so nothing breaks while you decide.

Are you a registered business?

Yes. ATL Studio is registered with SSM under 202603211073 (003878422-V), operating from Gelugor, Penang. Quotations, invoices and receipts come on that registration.
